March Break fun at the AGO!

March 10-18, 2018, 10:30 am - 4 pm daily

9 Days of Drop-In Fun for the Whole Family

Immerse yourself in Yayoi Kusama’s playful world of light and colour. Take a journey through time and space. Create a huge collaborative futuristic city, make a lantern of light or a silly Emoji face mask, play with light and shadow, print a kaleidoscope of coloured patterns and at the end of the day, make a family memory at the Selfie wall!

March break activities are free with general admission, and visitors can save $10 off the cost of a family pass when they purchase tickets online in advance. AGO members always receive free admission.

Activities are 10:30 am – 4 pm, or times as listed

  • Space City – build the city of the future launched by Space City's Founding Astronauts, artists Sean Martindale with Yvan Mackinnon
  • Kaleidoscope of Patterns - Styrofoam printing fun
  • Lantern making – fill our gallery with light
  • Pick-a-colour family-friendly gallery tours – at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 pm
