Integrated Studio Projects: Sculpture Age 14-18

Focus on Sculpture Experimentations.

Integrated Studio Projects (ISP) is an intensive interdisciplinary studio course with a focus on contemporary art making. Students are exposed to new materials, techniques and contemporary artistic practice through gallery visits, discourse and studio. Materials and processes might include mixed and new media, installation and 3-D construction/sculpture. ISP is designed for youth who wish to build technical skills, explore their own creative practice and build a portfolio.

Students work with highly qualified instructors who are practicing artists. Courses are inspired by current exhibitions, which in 2017 -2018 include Guillermo del Toro: At Home with Monsters, Every. Now. Then: Reframing Nationhood, Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors and other highlights from the collections.

ATTENTION: No class Monday October 9.

All materials are included. Meet in the Weston Family Learning Centre Gallery School.
