Photography Explorations: Fantastical Images
Building upon lighting and staging techniques, students will compose photographs with an eye to abstracted moods, settings, and themes reminiscent of fantastic, imaginary worlds. A series of compositions will also provide the students with a personalized narrative evident through a sequence of final photographs.
This class is suitable for photographers with knowledge of basic photography skills. Students are strongly encouraged to bring their camera manuals to class for instructional assistance; course instructors are not responsible for knowing the operation of each camera. Students are required to bring their own cameras and tripods for each class.
This course meets in the AGO's Weston Family Learning Centre. Space is limited.
