Since 2013, Wellington Made has been dedicated to recreating products originally prepared in the larder and still rooms of the farmstead, with a sense of terroir and craftsmanship. Taste fresh maple syrup, chutneys and so much more. All local. All small batch. All made by hand.

A Vault Tour includes an introduction to the program, a narrated tour of Gallery spaces where available artwork is on view, information about the artists and access to the ‘via appointment only’ art stacks where you are welcome to peruse the collection. A great time to find the perfect gift, or that special piece to dress up your space for the holiday season. Original artwork is available to rent from just $120 per month.

Provisions Food Company (11:30 - 6:00)
Provisions Food Company, creators of handmade, all natural foodstuffs, is an excited team of makers from the Niagara Region. The team was inspired to provide accompanying foodstuffs to supplement all that Niagara wines have to offer. Savoury and sweet shortbreads to provide a toothsome pairing for big reds and refreshing whites, condiments to enhance cheese pairings to wines and confections to top off any picnic or road trip.
