Textile Explorations
Students will explore a variety of textile methodologies and techniques including lino printmaking on fabric, handstitched portraits, soft sculpture and weaving on a cardboard loom. Inspired by the AGO’s Collection and the special exhibition Pacita Abad, this course will provide a balance of fundamental textile skills alongside the opportunity to push your creative boundaries and try something new.
This class is for beginners and returning students. The instructor will teach to each student's individual skill level. All materials are included. Meet in the Dr. Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School.
