Belinda Ageda is an accomplished multi-disciplinary visual artist with over 20 years of experience as an arts educator. Belinda trained in Drawing and Painting at OCAD, in Art Therapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and in Art Education at Concordia University.

In her creative practice, Belinda draws, paints, sculpts and creates performance and installation work. Her playful and vibrant artwork has featured in children’s books, magazines and murals in Toronto and Montreal and her drawings, paintings and maskwork exhibit locally and internationally.

Belinda's artistic focus is located in ideas of lineage and transmission of culture and she specializes in creating culturally relevant content for participants of all ages.

Through her creative and mindfulness practice, Belinda has developed a unique process-centered approach to teaching that facilitates creative exploration and discovery in students across all levels of experience.
