Easily organize your post-secondary group to visit the AGO and learn from the Collection

Before visiting the AGO, encourage your students to sign up for the Annual Pass. The Annual Pass is free for students age 25 and under and only $35 for those 26 and over. Once everyone has a pass, you and your class can visit the AGO as many times as you want – all semester, all year.

Self-Guided Visits

Explore the Gallery on your own. Self-guided group visits allow your students the flexibility to explore together or independently, and enables students to visit the AGO on their own time to complete assignments.

Private Guided Tours or ELL Tours

Do you want a more in-depth experience of the AGO? We offer engaging private Gallery tours led by professional art educators to help you explore our collection.
The fee for a one-hour tour during regular hours is $250 for a group of up to 20 visitors, plus Gallery admission. Please note that we require two weeks' notice.

Are there discounted prices for groups?

Yes. Groups of 10 or more people are eligible for a group discount of 20% on paid tickets. Please refer to the price list for details.

Do I need to pay for Gallery admission if I book a Guided Private Tour?

Yes. The cost for the Guided Private Tour in addition to Gallery admission.

There are AGO Members and Annual Pass holders in my group; do they need to pay for admission?

AGO Members and Annual Pass holders can enter the Gallery using their card. Member tickets do not count towards the minimum of 10 paid tickets required for the group discount.

Does free admission for visitors 25 and under apply to Adult or Post - Secondary Groups?

Yes. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 can sign up for the Annual Pass to enter the Gallery for free. When making your group booking, please provide a detailed breakdown of paid tickets, Members and Annual Pass holders. The 20% group discount is only available for groups of 10 or more paid tickets.
