Do you want a more in depth experience of the AGO? We offer engaging private virtual art talks led by professional art educators to help you explore our collection through conversation and group members exchanging their ideas and observations on the selected artworks.

  • Maximum 15 people per reservation.
  • Available Tuesday through Sunday, 1:00 pm & 6:30 pm Wednesday and Friday nights. (Required to book two weeks in advance)

How do I book my group?

Fill out the form for your Adult Virtual Tour Booking. AGO staff members will be in contact with you in 2 to 4 working days for confirmation and details to process payment.

How many people can join?

To ensure the quality of the discussion for all involved, the limit is 15 Participants.

What if I have more than 15 participants?

The Virtual Tour or Art Talk engages its visitors to stimulate interesting and important conversations. To ensure the quality of the discussion for all involved, there is a limit to 15 participants. If more are in your group, a second Virtual Tour or Art Talk will be recommended to ensure a quality experience.

How do I log into my Zoom?

After receiving a confirmation, you as the group leader, will receive a Zoom Conference invitation for the date and time which you have selected. Please send this to all your group members. 

What is a Virtual Art Talk?

An AGO Virtual Art Talk is a live one hour online discursive experience with an AGO Art Educator.

How do I participate in a Virtual Art Talk?

We will use the Zoom platform so you can join form your desktop, laptop, or mobile device or you can call in using the toll free zoom meeting phone number.

How long is a Virtual Art Talk?

Approximately 1 hour
