Allan Peterkin, Kate Rossiter and Robert Houle - The Art of Healing
1 hour 10 minutes
Allan Peterkin explores the topic of contemporary plagues, arts and medicine in conversation with Kate Rossiter and Robert Houle.

In the 1300s plague ravaged Europe and was called the Black Death. The horrors of this pervaded all aspects of medieval culture and especially art. What are today’s plagues and how do we cope with them physically, psychologically and spiritually?

Allan Peterkin will explore the topic of contemporary plagues, arts and medicine in conversation with Kate Rossiter and Robert Houle.

Dr. Rossiter is Assistant Professor in Health Studies at the Brantford campus of Wilfrid Laurier University. Robert Houle is a Saulteaux First Nations artist, curator, critic and educator.
