Known for his sculptures and large-scale installation art, renowned artist Olafur Eliasson joins his sister, chef Victoria Eliasdóttir, to open a new Reykjavik restaurant. Based on the communal lunches served at Eliasson’s Berlin studio, the restaurant promises to serve “food experimentation and impromptu encounters” while the artist works upstairs.
