Community Access Program

The AGO's Community Access Program supports Toronto-based non-profit organizations and registered charities that serve marginalized individuals. Through this program, eligible organizations can offer their clients free and reduced fee visits to the AGO.

COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAM FAQ

Is there a cost to participate in the program?

No, enrollment in the Community Access Program is free for eligible organizations.

How long does approval take?

Most requests are reviewed within 2 weeks. You will be contacted by our team with the next steps.

Can individual's apply?

No, the program is designed for Toronto based non-profit organizations to coordinate visits on behalf of their clients. Individuals are encouraged to explore other ways to visit the AGO at a reduced cost.

What kind of access do approved organizations receive?

Approved organizations can request free general admission tickets for their clients.

Can staff use the program?

 Staff accompanying clients are welcome to attend at no cost when participating in client visits, but the program is not intended for staff leisure visits.  

Are guided tours included?

Organizations can request a guided tour at a discounted rate. Must be booked 4 weeks in advance.
