Whiteside, who studied at the Ontario College of Art in the late 1970s, has developed a successful career in fashion and advertising photography and now stands as one of Canada's foremost practitioners.  His work has appeared in Toronto Life, Fashion, Saturday Night, Vogue, W, Town & Country and I.D. magazines.  He is based in Toronto.
