New Visions

June 1, 2016, 5:30 pm
Jackman Hall, Art Gallery of Ontario

The AGO is proud to host a screening four works created for New Visions, a multi-generational video mentorship program co-presented by Inside Out and Charles Street Video. This year’s video project consisted of two elders and two youth participants, all passionate new artists with a vision. Over the past six months, they have journeyed together uncovering the skills, joys and trials of videomaking in order to create short works that both challenge and touch us. The program lies at the heart of the queer Canadian film and video community. Featuring works by Michael Agnew, Bessie Cheng, Ian McAndrew and Dinaly Tran.
