Kenojuak Ashevak is well-known for her artworks of birds and owls and she is one of the most famous artists from Canada.

About Kenojuak Ashevak

Internationally acclaimed Inuit artist Kenojuak Ashevak (1927–2013) rose to fame when Canada Post reproduced one of her iconic owl prints on a stamp. She made over 100 prints of owls, her favourites subject.
