Youth Volunteer Opportunities

Summer Art Camp Volunteer (Age 15+)

Please note: this role is reserved for high-school students, aged 15 – 18, to fulfill their volunteer hours credit.

Summer art camp volunteers are the “best friends” of camp. Your role is to help supervise and support our young campers, by providing one-to-one art making assistance, leading games, and helping prepare art supplies for your group. Volunteers assist in teams of 2-4, and help our paid art camp staff and instructors. You do not need previous experience to apply. If you are an enthusiastic early riser, who enjoys arts and crafts, and being with children, we would love for you to apply! This is a great opportunity to volunteer among likeminded youth in a team/teen based social setting. Make new friends, learn new skills. Build your resume, and join us this summer!

Required Availability: This is a two-week placement (70 hours of volunteer service). Volunteers must be able to join us for one, full, two-week session of camp (Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:15pm daily). Camp sessions run throughout July and August, and volunteers can choose which session they want to volunteer for.
