She encourages viewers to reflect on their own experiences and to explore and question how we all define and appreciate the Indigenous experience in Canada.

Love My Local is run by artist and entrepreneur Leah Love, based in Vancouver, B.C. Leah finds inspiration in the many unique ways natural materials can be used, and the nostalgic feeling you get when looking back to a moment or place that is close to your heart.

Her Canada Cheese Board (CAD $106) is handcrafted and custom-made from FSC Certified rapidly renewable bamboo and finished with Balmbu (a handmade blend of nut-free oils, organic beeswax and bamboo extract).

Loyal Loot is a design company run by Anna Thomas and Doha Lindskoog, based in Calgary, Alberta. Their most popular item is the Log Bowl, made from locally reclaimed trees, selected, gathered, turned and finished by Loyal Loot and local artisans.
