Yayoi Kusama’s INFINITY MIRRORED ROOM - LET’S SURVIVE FOREVER can officially call Toronto home! Get ready, because it opens to the public during the inaugural AGO All Hours on Saturday, May 25.

Following the hugely successful exhibition Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors last year, and thanks to the generosity of the David Yuile & Mary Elizabeth Hodgson Fund and over 4,700 #InfinityAGO donors who participated in the AGO’s ambitious crowdfunding campaign, we were able to purchase our very own Infinity Mirror Room by internationally renowned artist Yayoi Kusama. It is now part of the AGO Collection.

INFINITY MIRRORED ROOM - LET’S SURVIVE FOREVER features mirrored spheres suspended from the ceiling and arranged on the floor and a mirrored column inside the room invites visitors to peer into a seemingly infinite field of silver orbs.

We opened the doors early for #InfinityAGO donors and AGO Members who got an exclusive preview of the newly acquired work. Check out some of their amazing shots!
