Enjoy a herb-roasted Cornish hen, with roasted potatoes, broccoli, crispy shallots, sauce verte and seasonal fruit crumble. Reheating and assembly instructions will be provided to make sure your dinner goes off without a hitch!

AGO BISTRO TO GO - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What measures is the AGO taking to ensure it is a safe environment to be in?

All AGO employees and volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and any employee or volunteer feeling ill is asked to stay home

To ensure a safe environment, cleaning schedules have been increased. High traffic and high touch areas – including elevators, hallways, doors, handrails, and bathrooms - are being disinfected and cleaned multiple times per day. The AGO’s state of the art HVAC system has a 95% efficiency or MERV 15 rating, ensuring regular fresh air exchange and filtration. 

Hand sanitizing stations have been installed near the front entrance of the building and visitors are encouraged to use them upon entering and exiting the building. There are also hand sanitizing stations located throughout the building.

Last year the AGO installed UV sanitizing lighting in all fan systems throughout the building. UV sanitizing lighting is considered to be an effective tool to further reduce the spread of pathogens and provide ongoing disinfection.

Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions?

We are currently unable to offer substitutions, special requests or modifications, as we are producing all items in large quantities, and due to social distancing and building capacities, our team is smaller than usual.

Is there any cooking involved?

Most offers will need only to be reheated. Instructions will be provided as to how to reheat each component of your package.

Can I send someone to pick up on my behalf?

Yes – please ensure they have a copy of your transaction receipt accessible either in person, or on a mobile device.

Is there street parking available, while I pick up my order?

Yes – metered parking is available on Dundas Street West right outside the Gallery and on the surrounding streets of Beverley and McCaul.

What if I need to change my pick up date or time?

Depending on your selected package and pick up or delivery options, we may be able to accommodate a change. Please contact us to discuss the details and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Note: due to the limited time nature of some of these items, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

What if I miss my pick up date or time?

All orders must be picked up during the specified date and time. If you’re unable to make the pick-up, we recommend arranging for a trusted friend or family member to pick up your order and to drop it off for you (in a safe and physically distanced manner, of course!).

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations will be processed if requested 48 hours in advance. Charges may apply.

Can I have my order delivered?

Yes. Please ensure you have selected the delivery option on your order form. Please click here for a map of our delivery zone.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by an AGO Bistro employee. They will ensure delivery is contactless and safe. All orders are delivered between 12pm-4pm. You will receive a shorter delivery window prior to delivery. 

Can I place an order to be delivered to multiple households?

Yes, though separate orders are required for multiple households. Each order can be associated with only one address.

What if I need to change my delivery date?
