Connie Butler - The Bureau of Feminism: Institutional Curating in an Era of Fake News

Connie Butler joined the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles as chief curator in 2013. She was chief curator of drawings at MoMA from 2006–2013, where she organized major exhibitions including On Line: Drawing Through the Twentieth Century and Greater New York at MoMA PS1. She served as curator at MOCA from 1996–2006 where she organized the internationally acclaimed exhibition WACK! Art and the Feminist Revolution.
