(Out)Reach: Striking the Balance between Reaching Out and Reaching In

Keynote speaker: Lois H. Silverman, author of The Social Work of Museums, will discuss how galleries can initiate inspired community practice. 
Scott Sayre (Sandbox Studios, Minneapolis) will lead a workshop on using new technologies such as iPads in gallery spaces. 
Special sessions about huge public events such as Nuit Blanche will be rounded out by case studies highlighting best practices around the country.
