Teacher Workshop: Art and Indigenous Studies

Saturday, April 25, 2026 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM

This workshop invites educators to explore how art can respectfully support learning about Indigenous histories, cultures, and contemporary experiences. Through hands-on activities and thoughtful discussion, you'll discover ways to integrate Indigenous art forms and storytelling into your teaching, while honoring diverse traditions and perspectives. Start with a guided tour, then make your own linocut prints in the studio. Ideal for educators seeking to build culturally responsive classrooms rooted in respect, relationship, and reconciliation.

All all making supplies will be provided.
