Tools for Care: Movement and Meditation Workshop with Renelyn Quinicot

Thursdays, November 11 - 25, 4 pm
Zoom

Tools for Care explores what "taking care" might look and feel like for our unique, ever-changing bodies. You’ll be guided through a short practice of stretches with energetic, playful movement and various practical breathing techniques. The exploration will incorporate mindful writing prompts to practice listening to the body's needs and desires toward feeling well, with moments of open discussion and support. Folks are welcome to participate in the physical practice for as long as they want, or to just sit and listen.

Renelyn Quinicot (she/her) is a queer Filipina-Canadian, born and raised as a settler to Tkaronto (Toronto) in Parkdale Village . She is an artist and facilitator of various styles of mindful movement and meditation, such as Pilates, Dance, Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra and more.
