Printmaking Explorations: Monoprinting
Over the course of four weeks, you'll explore techniques for creating unique, layered prints using ink, texture, and pressure - monoprints are one-of-a-kind, no two prints are ever the same! Learn how to work with gel plates, plexiglass, stencils, found objects, and drawing tools to build rich compositions full of bold color and character. Whether you're new to printmaking or looking to expand your creative toolkit, this class offers a playful and accessible way to experiment with printmaking.
Students are asked to bring their receipt (printed or digital) and meet in the Dr. Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School.
All materials are provided. Please check back here 2 weeks prior to the start of the course to download a course syllabus.
