Printmaking Explorations: Patterns

Explore the creative possibilities of printmaking as you experiment with pattern, texture, and bold colour. Over this course, you’ll learn techniques for creating unique, layered prints using ink, pressure, and a range of tools. Students will work with gel plates, plexiglass, stencils and drawing tools to build rich, expressive patterns.

Inspired by the fashion and visual language highlighted in our Sunday Best exhibition, this class offers a playful and accessible way to explore printmaking, whether you’re new to the medium or looking to expand your creative toolkit.

All skill levels are welcome.

Students are asked to bring their receipt (printed or digital) and Meet in the Dr. Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School.

All materials are provided. Please check back here 2 weeks prior to the start of the course to download a course syllabus.
