KIKI Vogue Ball x Keith Haring

In honour of Keith Haring, who died of AIDS February 16, 1990, we’re gearing up for a dazzling Vogue Ball! Teaming up with our long-standing community partner, the Toronto Kiki Ballroom Alliance we’ll celebrate our local 2SLGBTQ+ community. At the helm of Toronto Kiki Ballroon Alliance is Legendary Father Twysted Siriano Miyake-Mugler—house founder and father, teacher, activist, advocate, and Canadian ballroom emissary.

Presented as part of Keith Haring: Art Is for Everybody.

Choreographer Bill T. Jones in conversation

See legendary dancer and choreographer and Keith Haring collaborator Bill T. Jones in conversation with AGO curator Georgiana Uhlyarik. They will discuss the storied life and iconic work of Keith Haring, their many collaborations and his experiences living in New York City in the 1980s. Bill T. Jones is arguably the most socially, politically and emotionally compelling choreographer alive today, and his collaborations with Keith Haring in the 1980s resulted in some of the most iconic imagery of the era.

Seniors Social
