The objective of this Policy is to ensure that members of the Board of Trustees, managers and are aware that harassment, discrimination, reprisal and violence in the workplace are unacceptable practices and are incompatible with the standards of the AGO, as well as being a violation of the law, and to ensure there are effective complaint mechanisms in place to address any behaviour contrary to this Policy, as outlined in Appendix “A” (Workplace Discrimination, Harassment, Reprisal & Violence Prevention and Dispute Resolution Program).
