Artists' Talk: Arts of Global Africa and the Diaspora

Join us as we celebrate artists whose work has recently come under the care of the AGO’s Department of Arts of Global Africa and the Diaspora. This  event features artists Sandra BrewsterJorian CharltonMoridja Kitenge-BanzaPaul Anthony Smith, Isabel Okoro, Bidemi Oloyede, Emmanuel Osahor, Preston Pavlis, and Jan Wade presenting their work and practice, with an opportunity to connect with the artists after their presentations.

For requests for Verbal Description, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and/or live captioning for online and onsite programming, please provide three weeks notice in advance of the event date. The AGO will make every effort to provide accommodation for requests made with less than three weeks notice. Please note that automated captioning is available for all online programs.
