Chairman of Sotheby’s, North and South America, Lisa Dennison, brings us a behind-the-scenes look at the intrigue and big business of international art auctions. Lisa Dennison is an internationally recognized leader in the fields of modern and contemporary art. Her unique perspective on the art world was gained from twenty-nine years with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation – including two years as director of the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
This one-hour talk includes a self-serve brown bag lunch of a sandwich and small pastry, created by the AGO’s culinary team.
