Ink on a Pin: Writing Workshop with Fan Wu

Wednesdays, February 23 - March 9, 4 pm
Zoom

What is blueness that connects the blue of sea & the blue of noon & the blue of mood? How might we take inspiration from painting for our writing? What is the peculiar quality of blue's solitude? In this workshop series, we draw from the deep wells of Matthew Wong: Blue View  to write through the material and metaphorical resonances of blue. We will be reading, writing, and engaging in collective performance through a series of vivid and accessible activities. Bring the best of your blues. We can make it thru these waves.

Fan Wu is a writer, absurdist, and romantic-lite who's living between Toronto and Kingston. His passions include pedagogical experimentation and social curation. You can find his work online at Shrapnel Magazine, MICE Magazine, and C Magazine.
