KAWS: FAMILY Book Signing

Friday, March 1, 7 - 9 pm
Art Gallery of Ontario

Update: All the wrist bands for tonight's signing have been distributed. The event is at capacity.

We welcome celebrated artist KAWS back to the AGO for a one-night-only book signing event.  Arriving at shopAGO in mid-February, KAWS: FAMILY is a 156 page fully illustrated celebration of the KAWS: FAMILY exhibition featuring an essay by Julian Cox, AGO Deputy Director and Chief Curator and an interview with Jim Shedden, Curator, Special Projects and Director, Publications.

The signing will be limited to two hours and space is limited. To ensure a place in line, be sure to pick up a free wrist band, beginning at noon on Friday, March 1. Anyone arriving before noon may be asked to queue outside the museum.

The artist will not be signing any other books or objects.

For requests for Verbal Description, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and/or live captioning for online and onsite programming, please provide three weeks notice in advance of the event date. The AGO will make every effort to provide accommodation for requests made with less than three weeks notice. Please note that automated captioning is available for all online programs. For onsite visits, the AGO offers these supports for an accessible visit. Please contact us to make a request for these or other accessibility accommodations. Learn more about accessibility at the AGO.
