About this painting

This painting shows a story from the Christian Bible: Jesus sends the merchants and their animals out of the temple because he believed it should be a place for worship, not buying and selling.

ACTIVITIES

Questions

Can you find these details in the painting? Sacks of coins, strange men, a baby, a goat and…wait – is that a bit of poop?!

Stack them and draw

Take a few minutes to see how many coins can you find in your home. How many bowls are there?

Are there more coins or bowls? Draw them to visualize how many of each you found.
