Printmaking Explorations: Gel Plate - Four Day Intensive

Explore the versatile art of monoprinting with gel plates and acrylic paints in this 4-day intensive course. Students will delve into techniques such as layering, masking, image transfers, and additive painting to create rich, complex prints that are truly one of a kind. Experience the satisfying tactile process of building textures and depth as you experiment with colour and composition to produce dynamic, expressive prints.  This is a great class for those interested in mastering approachable printmaking techniques that can be done at home. No prior printmaking experience is required. 

All materials are provided by the AGO. 

Students are asked to bring their receipt (printed or digital) and meet in the Dr. Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School.
