AGO Friday Nights: Celebrating New Exhibitions
Join us for a museum-wide celebration as we welcome new and give a nod to current exhibitions with an evening of talks, tours and live music. Don’t miss the chance to hear artist David Ruben Piqtoukun speak within his Radical Remembrance solo exhibition. Meanwhile artists Lotus Laurie Kang and Aaron Jones, two of the ten artists featured in We Are Story: The Canada Now Photography Acquisition, speak about their works in this exciting new group exhibition. Inside Denyse Thomasos: just beyond, Trinidadian jazz saxophonist Jesse Ryan will perform, there will be a display of rarely seen Michael Snow prints, photographs, and ephemera pulled from the AGO Library & Archives and Prints & Drawings vaults, and in Walker Court, DJ Vibrant Matter aka Kieran Adams will spin tracks.
