Art Enables: Water in Art

Wednesday, September 7, 11 AM - 12:30 PM
Zoom

This workshop series supports participants who identify as having intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Recommended age group: 14+

Join us on Zoom for an interactive art-making workshop that supports the artistic talents of artists with a variety of abilities. In this online virtual studio, we will take a look at artworks from the AGO collection and have fun drawing together!

It’s summer and when the temperature rises we all want to be near water. Let’s cool off by drawing it! This is a province of lakes and many Ontario artists have painted on camping trips or just by stopping at the edge of a pond. We’ll look at how they have captured reflections and islands and the plants that float on the surface.

This is an Accessible Event, supported with Closed Captioning. Please contact us with questions. Learn More.
