Celebrate David Blackwood (1941 - 2022)

Marvin Gelber Print & Drawing Study Centre, Art Gallery of Ontario

Join us to celebrate the life and work of artist David Blackwood (1941 - 2022) at the AGO’s Marvin Gelber Print and Drawing Study Centre.

Visitors will see a selection of his iconic prints as well as a series of working proofs for his print Fire Down on the Labrador. During his lifetime, David Blackwood donated more than 200 of his prints both finished and in states showing his working process to the AGO for the benefit of future generations.

This event is included in general admission and is free for AGO Members, Annual Pass holders and visitors age 25 and under.
