Curator’s Talk - Illusions: The Art of Magic

Join AGO Deputy Director & Chief Curator Julian Cox for an illustrated talk about the colourful and stylized posters from the Golden Age of Magic featured in Illusions: The Art of Magic.

 

Julian Cox  is AGO Deputy Director & Chief Curator. Before joining the AGO, Julian was Chief Curator of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF), working across two museums, the de Young and the Legion of Honor. Prior to that, he served as Curator of Photography at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Georgia and held several positions in the Department of Photography at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
