During the 2024 Afro Global Television Excellence Awards, Jade Jager Clark, Owner and Artistic Director of Jade's Hip Hop Academy, received the Heritage Award for teaching thousands of youth across Ontario focusing on the history, technique  and vocabulary of Hip Hop and street dance styles. Jade is dedicated to preserving the heritage of African American dance styles for future generations, making her Academy one of a kind worldwide.
