Free After Three Thursdays: Black Magic

Thursday, October 26, 4-6 pm
Weston Family Learning Centre, Art Gallery of Ontario

Ages 14-25

Engage yourself in one of the earliest forms of camera-less animation by scratching away black emulsion coating on a strip of celluloid film and watching the handmade lines, designs and words come to life on screen through a 16mm projector.

Alexi Manis is a teacher, movie maker, projectionist and musician. She loves traditional celluloid film and working with inspiring youth. She's currently taking sewing courses and is excited about another great Leafs season coming up.
