Every Friday, the AGO Bistro team takes us into the weekend with delicious creations and tasty recommendations. This week, AGO Executive Chef Renée Bellefeuille shows us the best way to sear meat and fish.
To follow along, you'll need a good pan (e.g. cast iron or stainless steel), a cooking oil of your choice, salt, pepper and a portion or two of protein.
