House Dancing with Warehouse Jacks

Wednesdays, November 8 - 29, 4 - 6:30 pm
Weston Family Learning Centre, Art Gallery of Ontario

Drop in and dance! Toronto House Dance crew Warehouse Jacks invites youth to join them for a series of free dance sessions, teaching House dance styles and techniques in an inclusive environment. Special Guests: Live House DJs will accompany one of the workshops.

Warehouse Jacks is a growing community of dancers, DJs, artists, and open-minded individuals that come together on many platforms to shed light on House music and culture in Toronto Many individuals are well travelled, trained in House, come from different dance backgrounds or are local community House music enthusiasts. The Jacks have thrown events, represented the name in competitions worldwide, and are looking to grow and share this family with Toronto. We want to show that House is a feeling, not just a movement, that can be enjoyed by everybody.
