Join us once a month for an inspiring Friday evening of creativity! Maker Nights bring together artists, makers, and art enthusiasts of all skill levels to engage in hands-on art making inspired by the AGO collection and special exhibitions. All materials are provided.   

This month, we’re collaging together to create abstract works inspired the AGO's Edna Taçon: Verve and Decorum exhibition. To honour not only her impact on abstract painting, but also her training as a violinist, guests will enjoy live music by a U of T violinist throughout the night.

Whether you're seeking a fun night out with friends, a solo artistic adventure, or a unique date idea, Friday Maker Night is the perfect place to unleash your creativity and make lasting memories. You are encouraged to enjoy a drink or snack from the Espresso Bar in the Sculpture Atrium in Walker Court as you create.
