Members' Preview: Diane Arbus: Photographs, 1956–1971 and Illusions: The Art of Magic

February 19, 20 & 21

AGO Members are invited to join the double Members' Preview of Diane Arbus: Photographs, 1956–1971 and Illusions: The Art of Magic.

AGO Members see it first! See striking black-and-white photographs by legendary American photographer Diane Arbus (1923–1971); she revolutionized portraiture, through her style and range of subjects. Then, step back in time to the Golden Age of Magic when magicians travelled the world, promoting their acts with colourful, eye-catching posters.

Secret tip: Make sure you catch a performance by the Toronto Magic Company while seeing Illusions: The Art of Magic for a truly unbelievable experience! See performance schedule.

Friendly reminder – While enjoying the stunning photographs by Diane Arbus, please be aware photography is prohibited in the exhibition.
