Coinciding with the timeline of Picasso's Blue Period, La Belle Époque was an era characterized by optimism, peace, economic prosperity, and innovation, and the culinary team was inspired to create a menu that captures the essence of this "golden age". 

For this unique dine in experience, you will enjoy seasonal French flavours and perennial classics, as well as wines from France, as well as Spain, should you choose to partake in our thoughtfully paired wine menu.

Watercress, endive, shaved apple, toasted hazelnuts, crumbled Roquefort, Dijon vinaigrette

Second Course
Beet Tartare
Gaufrette potato, dill crème fraiche, pickled quail’s egg (almond puree, cornichons)
Vegan option: beet tartare, gaufrette potatoes, dill almond cream, cornichons

Beef Bourguignon
