Join writer, playwright and journalist Michael Posner for a conversation with musicologist and historian Mike Daley about about Leonard Cohen, Untold StoriesPosner's three-volume biography chronicling the full breadth of Cohen’s extraordinary life.

Michael Posner is the author of the bestselling Mordecai Richler biography The Last Honest Man, and the Anne Murray biography All of Me, as well as Leonard Cohen, Untold Stories series, The Early Years, Vol. 1, From This Broken Hill, Vol. 2, That’s How the Light Gets In, Vol. 3. He was Washington Bureau Chief for Maclean’s magazine, and later served as its national, foreign and assistant managing editor. He was also managing editor of the Financial Times of Canada for three years. He later spent sixteen years as a senior writer with The Globe and Mail.

Dr. Mike Daley is a freelance popular music history lecturer around Toronto. He holds a Ph.D in musicology and has published widely on a variety of musical subjects. Mike's well-received lectures on the Beatles, Elvis, jazz, folk music and much more have gained him a strong following in the GTA. Mike also offers video lecture series on his website, mikedaleymusic.com and is currently writing a history of live music in the Yorkville coffee house district of Toronto in the 1950s and 1960s.
